Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to senior leadership
• Lead month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance internal controls
• Manage, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing accounting team
• Partner cross-functionally to support operational and organizational decision-making
• Contributing to a stable, well-established, and values-driven environment

Compensation: Up to $140K + competitive benefits
